I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I loved the direct access to Les Thermes de Spa. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, there are areas that could use improvement, such as the dining options.
The hotel is ideally situated in the heart of Spa, with convenient access to the spa, casino, shops, and restaurants. The rooms, while a bit noisier than standard, were of moderate size and suited our needs perfectly. The service was consistently nice and helpful. Dining offered great quality with a variety of choices. The location was superb, easily accessible to nearby attractions, and there was free parking nearby despite paid options. However, the dining service could be improved in terms of manners and promptness.
My stay at the hotel was delightful! The room was both spacious and clean, with a small balcony offering a nice touch. The constant noise was a bit annoying at times, but overall it was perfect for our needs. The service was top-notch, with lovely and professional staff members who made our stay enjoyable. The location was superb, right in the center of Spa with easy access to the town and even a private funicular up to the thermal baths. Dining was plentiful with lots of fresh ingredients, although it could have been better during peak hours. Overall, a great value for the money.
